We work tirelessly to provide comprehensive care, social inclusion, and advocacy for those impacted by this disease. Fuelled by a deep passion for building a stronger India and improving lives, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Fundraising Officer to join our team.

- **Your main responsibilities will include**:_
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure donations from individual donors, corporates, and foundations.
- Research and identify potential funding opportunities aligned with our mission and programs.
- Craft compelling grant proposals and donation requests that effectively communicate our impact and needs.
- Manage donor relationships, fostering communication and stewardship efforts.
- Organize and participate in fundraising events, including galas, marathons, and awareness campaigns.
- Track fundraising progress, analyze data, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current on fundraising trends and best practices within the non-profit sector.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, MSW, Non-Profit Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressiveexperience in non-profit fundraising, with a proven track record of success in securing donations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with donors and key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management systems (e.g., Salesforce, DonorPerfect).
- Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to our mission of empowering individuals affected by leprosy.
- Fluency in Hindi and Regional Languages
- Fluency in Tamil is a plus.
