Extensive description of the role and responsibilities involved - Create file transfer connections with the use of XFB Interpel Synchrony Gateway and Xcom - Maintain existing connections. - Guarantee the continuity of the file transfer infrastructure. - Draw up designs according the architectural guidelines. - Perform system testing and implement corrective actions on findings. - Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in projects. - Perform impact analyses. - Execute the ITIL processes. - Perform configuration management and maintain the configuration database. - Solve incidents and problems related to the file transfer infrastructure. - Consult with project leaders. - Maintain documentation. - Perform key management. - Prepared to participate in a stand by schedule outside office hours once every three weeks. - Prepared to participate in 16 hours shifts and occasionally in 24 hours shifts for a short period. Knowledge about FTP and SFTP protocols Basic networking knowledge: firewalls ip-addresses cidr blocks Extensive description of the required skills: - Working and thinking at a bachelor-s level. - Common knowledge of automation. - Extensive knowledge of the Axway products in general and XFB Interpel Synchrony Gateway and Secure Transport and Xcom in particular. - Knowledge of at least the following operating systems: AIX Linux Solaris and Windows.. - Good knowledge of English
