**Responsibilities**

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage & schedule social media posts across platforms to increase brand awareness &
engagement
- Monitor social media trends and opportunities and come up with ideas to enhance our

online presence
- Campaign Management:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

**Creative Input**:

- Provide creative input for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and promotional strategies
- Manage content on channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc to drive brand awareness
- Collaborate on in-house shoot concepts with the content team, offering creative ideas

and assistance in execution

**Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications**
- 0-1 years of work experience
- Completed or pursuing Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related

field from a reputed college
- Enthusiasm for marketing with a desire to gain practical experience
- Really good understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and

Instagram
- Experience with content creation is a plus, even if not professionally

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of copywriting and editing.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good data management, documentation and reporting skills.
- Good IT skills - specifically MS Office.
- Open to new challenges, proactive and self-motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Eye for detail.

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹4,086.00 - ₹8,095.86 per month
