**Customer Service-relationship specialist**

Data management using google sheets and reports as per business requirements
Well versant with google sheets,excel etc to create reports
Well versant with powerpoints,usage of computers,zoom,meet ,google meet, etc
Knowledge of how to take good pictures and enhance profiles-rewrite impactful matrimony introductions
Help client build on rejections through empathy and inflict hope on where the opportunity lies by studying the profile inside out -detail oriented
Good counselling skills to overcome failures and rejections
Having high morale values and ethics ,understanding of diverse cultures and families
Able to find rishtas basis Using ASK and opening preferences of clients as per matrimony trends-building on negotiable and non negotiable skills
Having the gift of gab and able to talk and create win -win negotiations with clients
