- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor user reviews
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions

**_ Area: Outreach_**
- Design, implement and execute a strategic business plan using LinkedIn, to onboard and expand the company’s expert and brand base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting brand, expert relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

**Outcomes**
- Strong focus on OKR attainment
- Be experiment and data-driven to optimize conversion metrics

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**
- Hands-on experience of **2 to 4 years** in social media for brand awareness
- An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
- An ability to create engaging creatives using tools like Canva
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work for long hours (when required)
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
