Requirement for An IV Nurse cum Technician is a specialized healthcare professional responsible for administering intravenous (IV) therapies and providing technical support related to IV equipment. This role combines nursing expertise with technical proficiency in managing IV therapy, ensuring patients receive safe and effective treatment. The IV Nurse cum Technician typically works in hospitals, clinics, infusion centers, or other healthcare settings where IV therapy is administered.

**Responsibilities**:
IV Therapy Administration: Safely and accurately administer intravenous medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians or under the direction of a registered nurse or medical professional.

Venipuncture: Skillfully perform venipuncture to establish IV access, ensuring the appropriate insertion of needles or catheters into patients' veins.

IV Line Management: Monitor and maintain IV lines to prevent complications such as infiltration, phlebitis, or clotting. Ensure the smooth flow of IV fluids and medications.

IV Medication Preparation: Prepare IV medications, including mixing and diluting them according to prescribed dosages and protocols.

**Salary**: ₹8,836.31 - ₹20,000.00 per month
