**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Adapt to any new changes in the technology and infrastructure used with in the organization.
- Responsible for opening, updating, providing status and closing tickets.
- Performs diagnostic / assessment functions to include the determination and the execution of corrective actions(s) on real-time basis.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**
- B.Tech./B.E in computer science or equivalent stream.
- Desired Exp. range 2 years to 4 years.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- Excellent team players.
- Attitue to learn new skill and work on stretched goals.

**Must have skills**
- Expertise in CI/CD.
- Expertise in ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus.
- Handson experience in Docker, Kubernetes.
- Handson experience in vesion controls systems like Git, Bibucket.
- Handsof experience in Terraform.
- Handson experience with multiple cloud vendors AWS, Azure.
- Knowledge in SQL and NOSQL DB (mongo, cosmos, etc.)

**Skills nice to have**
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to python, golang.
