**We are looking for a competent Administrative Executive to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner**
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
- Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Take dictation and minutes and accurately enter data
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- High level verbal and written communications skill
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminder

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
