**Position Overview**:
As a Tele caller at Rana Infracon, you will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by contacting potential clients via telephone to promote our real estate offerings and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our properties and services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads and gather relevant information to qualify them for further follow-up by our sales team.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any inquiries and providing information about our properties and projects.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Follow-up**: Follow up with leads at regular intervals to nurture relationships, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
- **Achievement of Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion to contribute to the company's sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or telecalling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets.
