Posh Trainer

**Job Title**: POSH Trainer (Full-Time)

**Job Summary**: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Trainer to lead our POSH training programs and promote a safe, respectful workplace environment. The trainer will be responsible for conducting workshops, creating awareness, and ensuring compliance with POSH guidelines. This is a full-time position that requires strong communication skills, an understanding of legal frameworks, and a passion for educating teams on creating an inclusive culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive POSH training sessions for employees across all levels.
- Create and update training materials in line with current legal requirements and company policies.
- Conduct awareness workshops on gender sensitivity, harassment prevention, and workplace behavior.
- Ensure compliance with the POSH Act and assist in the implementation of internal policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and Legal departments to handle POSH-related inquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and submit reports on training effectiveness, employee feedback, and compliance.
- Organize refresher training programs to keep staff updated on evolving regulations and best practices.
- Provide guidance on forming and managing the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certified POSH trainer with a strong understanding of the POSH Act and relevant legal frameworks.
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering POSH training in a corporate setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
