Key Responsibilities:

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare financial reports for management.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including petty cash, credit card expenses, and employee reimbursements.
- Coordinate with external accountants to ensure timely filing of tax returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain the company's CRM system, including inputting customer data, managing contact lists, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate billing and timely collections.
- Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve business operations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (Zohobooks or Similar) and CRM platforms (Hubspot or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working in the construction or interiors industry is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
