Photo Editor

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and select photographs for publication or digital use, considering factors such as composition, lighting, and image quality.
- Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop or other editing software to achieve desired results while maintaining a natural and authentic look.
- Adjust colors, contrast, and exposure levels to optimize visual impact and consistency across a series of images.
- Crop and resize images as needed for various platforms and formats, including print, web, and social media.
- Collaborate with photographers, art directors, and other team members to ensure that edited images align with project requirements and objectives.
- Manage and organize digital image files, including file naming, metadata tagging, and archival storage.
- Stay informed about current trends and best practices in photography and image editing techniques.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in photography, visual arts, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a photo editor or digital retoucher, with a portfolio showcasing edited images.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of photography techniques and equipment is a plus.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
