This is an exciting opportunity for a **Assistant** to contribute to our Sales & Marketing department efforts in the field of dust & fume extraction and air control pollution equipment.

**Experience - Fresher to 1 year**

**Job location - GN mills, Coimbatore**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Enquiry Handling**:
**Communication Coordination**:

- Effectively route enquiries to the respective stakeholders, such as sales representatives, marketing personnel, or technical experts. Ensure timely follow-up and maintain communication records.

**Client Engagement**:

- Engage with potential clients in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression of the company. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and product knowledge.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential leads from incoming enquiries and gather essential information for the sales team to follow up on. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a streamlined lead nurturing process.

**Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately record and maintain customer data and interaction details in our CRM system or database. Keep records updated to facilitate smooth follow-up and future interactions.

**Social Media Interaction**:

- Monitor and respond to inquiries and messages received through the company's social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide relevant information and engage with the audience effectively.

**Qualification and Routing**:

- Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and route them to the appropriate team members for further action. Prioritize high-potential leads and ensure their timely follow-up.

**Additional Responsibilities (Based on Training and Workflow)**:

- Assisting in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Supporting marketing campaigns and events, including logistics coordination.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Assisting in the organization and coordination of customer meetings and appointments.
- Collaborating with the team to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate records of sales and marketing activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Customer-centric attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using communication platforms, including social media.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
