**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Zoho Application Management**:

- **Customization and Automation**:
Develop custom workflows, scripts, and automation within Zoho apps to improve efficiency and ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:
Manage data imports, exports, and synchronization between Zoho apps. Create detailed reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- **Integration Solutions**:

- **Training and Support**:
Conduct user training sessions, create documentation, and provide ongoing technical support for Zoho-related queries.
- **Performance Optimization**:
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements for optimal utilization of Zoho solutions.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
Partner with teams across departments to understand their needs, propose solutions, and implement Zoho tools that meet business objectives.**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**:

- **Technical Proficiency**:

- **Analytical Skills**:
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Zoho tools.
- **Problem-Solving**:
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- **Certifications**:
Zoho certifications are a plus.
- **Additional Skills**:
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database management is an advantage.
