5. Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as product development, design, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

6. Budget Management: Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.

7. Event Planning and Execution: Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and promotional activities to showcase the company's products or services and network with potential clients.

8. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, and report key metrics to management.

9. Product and Service Promotion: Develop promotional materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements, to effectively communicate the value of the company's offerings.

A successful Sales & Marketing Executive should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. They should also be creative, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Executive located in Salem. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and promote our products and services.

**Qualifications**
