Job Summary: As a Freight Broker Logistics professional, you will play a vital role in managing the transportation of goods and ensuring the smooth flow of shipments between shippers and carriers in the USA and Canada. You will be responsible for negotiating rates, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. Your expertise in freight management and logistics will be crucial in optimizing efficiency and reducing costs within the supply chain.

**Responsibilities**:
Shipment Coordination: Coordinate the transportation of goods between shippers and carriers, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Carrier Sourcing and Negotiation: Identify and engage with reliable carriers to secure competitive rates and capacity for transporting freight.

Rate Negotiation: Negotiate favorable rates and terms with carriers while considering factors such as shipment volume, lane preferences, and market conditions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and carriers, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.

Order Tracking: Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any potential delays or issues.

Documentation Management: Prepare and manage all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, and insurance certificates.

Freight Optimization: Analyze shipping routes, modes of transportation, and consolidation opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on transportation regulations and ensure compliance with relevant laws, such as customs requirements and safety regulations.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market rates, and emerging transportation technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on key performance indicators, such as carrier performance, transit times, and cost analysis, to support decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:
Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or a related field.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of the transportation industry, including truckload, less-than-truckload (LTL), and intermodal logistics.

Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable rates and build mutually beneficial relationships.

Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving logístical challenges, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), load boards, and other industry-specific software.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and derive actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, customer needs, and market conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹49,536.22 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
