Telecaller - Outbound Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and guidelines.

2. Engage with prospects in a friendly and professional manner to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

3. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making authority.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and lead information in the CRM system.

5. Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline.

6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and call activity.

8. Continuously update knowledge of products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or lead generation role preferred.

2. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

3. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

5. Good organizational and time management skills.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in data entry.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.

8. Ability to adapt to evolving processes and procedures.
