**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bagel Maker to join our team and help us produce delicious and high-quality bagels. The Bagel Maker will be responsible for preparing dough, shaping bagels, boiling and baking them to perfection, and ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, strong culinary skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dough Preparation**:

- Prepare bagel dough according to established recipes, ensuring accurate measurements of ingredients and proper mixing techniques.
- Monitor dough consistency and texture, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired results.
- **Bagel Shaping**:

- Divide and shape bagel dough into uniform portions, using traditional hand-rolling techniques or specialized equipment.
- Ensure that bagels are properly shaped and sized, with a consistent appearance and texture.
- **Boiling and Baking**:

- Boil bagels in water briefly to give them their characteristic chewy texture and shiny crust.
- Bake bagels in ovens at precise temperatures and times to achieve the perfect golden-brown color and texture.
- **Flavor and Topping Application**:

- Ensure that toppings are evenly distributed and adhere to the surface of the bagels.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect bagels throughout the production process to ensure that they meet quality standards for size, shape, texture, and flavor.
- Dispose of any bagels that do not meet quality specifications and make adjustments to the production process as needed.
- **Cleaning and Sanitation**:

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bagel production area, including equipment, work surfaces, and utensils.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and tools after each use to prevent contamination and ensure food safety.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, such as flour, yeast, and toppings, and replenish as needed.
- Assist with receiving deliveries and storing ingredients properly to maintain freshness and quality.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Bagel Maker or in a similar baking role is preferred.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and oven operation.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precision and attention to detail.

**Skills**:

- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Passion for baking and creating delicious baked goods.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
