Ui/ux Designer

We are looking for a full-time UI-UX designer who is passionate about creating easy to use and great-looking experiences. With your skills you should be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. You will work extensively with the Design Lead and other members of the Design team to create wireframes and UI design mock ups and prototypes across all desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Transform product requirements, market research, user insights, and design ideas into easy and intuitive user flows
- Create wireframes concepts in a collaborative way
- Optimize or revamp existing user interfaces
- Design UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the product will function and look
- Adhere to visual design style guides as suggested in the brand manual
- Work with lead designer, other members of design team and product managers to produce final designs
- Ensure final designs are visually appealing and on-brand
- Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation, and work through any problems encountered.

**Qualifications & Skill Requirements**
- **Qualification: Must be a graduate. Qualification in Product Design / UX / Fine Arts is a plus**
- Should have an online portfolio of UI & UX design
- Strong working knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and Aftereffects)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with web design with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Experience in motion graphics is a plus

**Salary**: ₹500,954.50 - ₹807,926.76 per year
