**Job Overview**:
Based in our Bengaluru office on a 16x5 shift pattern with on call on a rota basis.

Focused initially on specialist level 2 and 3 operational support and resolution of issues for Jedox solutions evolving, as part of a dev ops structure, to support, develop and maintaining live services in a cross-disciplinary and geographically diverse team.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensuring sustained security and performance levels for Jedox including responding to and resolving incidents and service requests under L2 and L3 end user support.

Deploying, configuring, customising, modernising, securing and improving Jedox solutions in line with business requirements and through continuous improvement.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
Strong IT background with a consistent track record on L2 and L3 support and in deploying Enterprise Performance Management solutions.

Hold at least a B.Tech in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of overall experience in a similar role within a large, global organisation of which a minimum of 1 year is Jedox or a similar EPM solution.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Jedox: Integration of financial planning and analysis; BI functionalities, including data visualisation, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis; Data integration from various sources; Customisation to meet the specific needs of different businesses and industries.

**Process**:

- Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management aligned with ITIL
- Test, Release and Implementation
- Developing solutions in a DevSecOps environment and handling release and deployment of commercial on-premise and SaaS solutions.
- Owning documentation creation and knowledge creation processes.

**“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced knowledge in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA scripting, would be highly beneficial.
- Data modelling and analysis.
- BI tools like Power BI or Tableau would be helpful.
- Data integration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Experienced working in a global, diverse and multicultural environment
