**Restaurant Captain Job Description**:
1. **Team Leadership**:
- Supervise and lead the restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to ensure smooth operation during service hours.
2. **Customer Service**:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests.
3. **Training and Development**:
- Train new staff members on restaurant procedures, service standards, and menu knowledge.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve staff performance and product knowledge.
4. **Order Management**:
- Oversee order accuracy and timing to ensure efficient service flow.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
5. **Quality Control**:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
6. **Upselling and Revenue Generation**:
- Promote menu items and specials to increase sales and enhance guest experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding restocking needs.
7. **Problem Solving**:
- Address any operational issues or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with management to implement solutions and improve overall restaurant performance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
