**Executive: Operations
i-TIC Foundation is the Technology Business Incubator (TBI) at IIT Hyderabad, with a focus on creating
supportive and nourishing environment for entrepreneurs. i-TIC provides the necessary facilities to
these startup companies, along with guidance and mentoring by the faculty members of IITH and
from Indian Nationals for the following post.

**Position**:Executive: Operations**

(Temporary appointment on Contract for a period of 11 months)
**Emoluments**:Consolidated Pay of Rs. 40,000/- per month**.**

**Experience and** Graduate from a recognized university
**Qualification**: 1 year of relevant work experience in data and/or stakeholder
management
- Knowledge and work experience in an incubator is preferred.

**Roles and Responsibilities**: Drafting startup agreements and managing the onboarding, due diligence, fund disbursement, etc.
- Coordination with startups as required for events, mentor sessions, documentation, etc.
- Supporting the team for other operations, events and outreach activities as and when required.
- Creating of the monthly, annual and other reports as required by the team.
- Managing various databases for internal operations, funding agencies, etc.

**Key Skills and Abilities**: Ability to multi-task and work on tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal means
- Ability to collate and manage data in multiple formats (documents, spreadsheets, PPTs, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and internal team.
- Knowledge of G-suite and MS Office.
