As a Field Sales Executive specializing in Restaurant Partnerships at Liveair, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base within Bangalore. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing partnerships with restaurants, cafes, and food businesses to onboard them onto our platform. Your primary objective will be to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how Liveair can revolutionize their food delivery services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting**: Identify potential restaurant partners through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate contact with restaurant owners, managers, or decision-makers to present Liveair's solutions and benefits.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand the specific requirements and pain points of each restaurant and tailor Liveair's offerings to meet their needs effectively.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to provide personalized demos of Liveair's WhatsApp-based chatbot and ordering system.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing with prospective clients, addressing any objections or concerns to secure partnerships.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners, serving as their primary point of contact for ongoing support and assistance.
- **Market Insights**: Gather feedback and market insights from restaurant partners to help inform product development and improve service offerings.
- **Achievement of Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the food industry or technology sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry and understanding of its operational dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Possession of a bike for travel within Bangalore.
