Job title: Tele sales Representative
Job Location: Mangalore, India
**Job brief**
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating leads for our client.
**Responsibilities**
- Contact new customers to inform them about the company using scripts and generate leads Min. 10 leads in a week.
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM
- Arrange Onsite meeting for the Software Demo Session meeting with the Sales Staff.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet quota and facilitate future sales
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven 3-4 years of experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of HR and Payroll software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Min Qualification - Degree (Degree in Computer Science will be a Plus)
- Experience dealing with UAE based companies will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
