**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare mise-en-place for baking activities.
- Cook food orders received from restaurants/banquets according to standardized recipes and under supervision.
- Present baked goods in an appealing and presentable manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in your workstation and the baking area.
- Organize and arrange food and ingredients following prescribed guidelines.
- Uphold the highest levels of quality and consistency in all bakery products.
- Effectively utilize raw materials to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Exercise control over wastage to reduce costs and promote sustainability.
- Familiarize yourself with the hotel layout, fire exits, and elevator locations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, emergency situations to your immediate supervisor.
- Adhere to HACCP principles, including food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, health, and proper storage procedures applicable to your workspace.

**Job Requirements**
- Demonstrated knowledge of various bakery cuisines and related recipes.
- Accurate measuring of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
- Consistency in maintaining the quality and taste of bakery products.
- Ability to innovate and propose new dishes or menu items as needed.
- Impeccable standards of personal hygiene and grooming in accordance with the company-s guidelines.
