IT Executive

This requirement is for the post of IT Executive having Hardware and Network knowledge.
- Troubleshooting of Windows PCs/Laptops.
- Installation of new software, hardware (servers, printers, computer workstations, anti-virus protection, etc)
- Provide support for Desktop / Laptop / Printer / handheld devices / Scanner related calls.
- Basic troubleshooting experience needed along with knowledge of the Operating System.
- Assists in all functions of IT support.
- Resolving related Queries from the users.
- Hardware/Networking certified.
- Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
- Laptop and Desktop installation and troubleshooting
- Windows 7/10 system installation and troubleshooting
- Printer/Scanner configuration and troubleshooting
- Hardware asset Knowledge
- Working ability under call pressure

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- IT executives: 1 year (required)
