Job title for Agri Experts in sales B2C

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Agricultural Expert with a strong sales acumen to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our agricultural products to farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in agronomy, coupled with your ability to understand farmers' needs, will drive the adoption of our products and help maximize crop yield for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Relationship Building: Engage with farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors to establish and maintain strong relationships, understand their needs, and offer tailored product solutions.

3. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to develop effective sales strategies and expand our market reach.

5. Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, market insights, and customer interactions for ongoing improvement of our strategies.

Qualifications:
BSC in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field.

Proven experience in agricultural sales or agronomy, with strong understanding of crop management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a farmer-centric approach.

Ability to work independently and travel as required.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of local agricultural practices and crop cycles.

Proficiency in regional languages and understanding of the rural market.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
