Stockroom Supervisor

As a Stock Manager at the Brands Bargain factory, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory management and ensuring that stock levels meet the demands of our business operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our supply chain. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can manage inventory, optimize storage solutions, and lead a team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement inventory control procedures.

**Supply Chain Coordination**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams for seamless stock movement.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future needs.
- Generate reports on stock levels, shortages, and overages.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and record stock movements.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and train stockroom staff.
- Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

**Operational Efficiency**:

- Optimize storage solutions for efficient space utilization.
- Ensure stockrooms are organized and comply with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize stock loss.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Stock Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
