Paediatrician

**Description**
- Perform comprehensive pediatric assessments, including physical examinations, developmental assessments, and medical histories, to evaluate the health status of infants, children, and adolescents.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic pediatric conditions, including respiratory infections, gastrointestinal disorders, dermatological conditions, and developmental delays.
- Provide anticipatory guidance and counseling to parents/caregivers on child development, nutrition, immunizations, safety, and preventive healthcare measures to promote optimal growth and development.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies, including laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures, to assist in the diagnosis and management of pediatric conditions.
- Prescribe and administer medications, immunizations, and other medical treatments according to evidence-based guidelines and best practices in pediatric medicine.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members, including nurses, nurse practitioners, social workers, and specialists, to coordinate patient care and ensure comprehensive and integrated healthcare services.
- Provide patient and family-centered care, demonstrating empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity in all interactions with patients and their families, and advocating for patients' rights and preferences.
- Educate patients and families about pediatric health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures, and address any questions or concerns to promote informed decision-making and active participation in healthcare.
