Placements Executive

An MBA (Full time) in Marketing/HR from a reputed institution or recognized University with 5-7 years of marketing/HR experience.

**_Roles and Responsibilities: _**
- Work related to the design and printing of the brochure and the presentation.
- Arrange for the preparation of resumes of students in the prescribed format and effective use of dash board for collection of resumes. Coordinate with recruiters and students for forwarding CV’s and attend to queries.
- Make all arrangement for the conduct of the processes of summer placements and facilitate good internships for the students of the first year.
- Coordinate all the processes of placements during the placement month/week with student committees and facilitate the lateral and final placements.
- Placement brochure, presentation and visits to companies for presentations.
- Update and maintain the database of companies, students, placements using effective software tools for capturing the data.
- Coordinate for the smooth conduct of processes during the summers, lateral and executive placements period.
- Conduct a survey to gather the most preferred companies of each student/batch and then arrive at the slotting pattern in consultation with the Placement Committee.
- Feedback to be collected from recruiters and incorporate improvements for next year.
- Oversee and balance the budget for placement activities within the annual program budget.
- Any other work/ responsibility as assigned by higher authorities.
