1. Handling Team of 25+ FOCO Advisors & Driving Revenue from clients mapped to them on commodity Market.
2. Creation of revenue & Activation of Inactive clients through effective Advisory Drive and Terminal Operations
3. Helping & training the Team to Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
4. Achieving the targets set for Team on Acquiring new clients & retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
5. Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios.
6. Monitoring, Motivating & enhancing FOCO Advisor’s (Team) Advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets & meetings, con calls.
8. Visiting respective franchisee’s where FOCO advisors are placed
9. Daily/ Weekly & Monthly Review with BA’s along with FOCO advisors
10. Monthly Review with HO-Seniors
Role Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation in any discipline.
- Experience: 2+ Yrs of experience in financial markets in a leadership role.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic Knowledge of financial or commodity market ,Good communication skills and sales attitude.
- Behavioural Skill - Leadership, People Management, Interpersonal/ relationship management skills.
- Technical Skills - Knowledge of Financial products, Analytical ability, Customer orientation
