- Position: Consultant (2+ Years)-
Participate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers-
Maintaining and majoring Availability systems: Perform Health Checks - production /Non-productionProvide operational support in the integration of SAP infrastructureKnowledge of Batch Jobs, Interface, Channel monitoring.Ability to troubleshoot/analyze and resolve technical problems. Provide RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for the basis technical issues to the customerUnderstanding of Kernel upgradesMaintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedulesAbility to perform Admin activities, system copy and system installation, upgrade activities.Desired Skills and Experience2 or more years of experience managing SAP technologies as a basis administrator in a medium or large size firms2 years of experience in SAP BASIS in multiple SAP ProductsShould have strong technical foundation and strong problem-solving skillsPersonal Skills:
