Purpose of the role:
Role Description:

- Design, Develop and Deploy Predictive and Prescriptive AI/ML/DS solutions/projects
- Design, develop, and deploy a wide range of Machine Learning Models, including Supervised Learning (Classification, Regression), Unsupervised Learning (Clustering, Dimensionality Reduction), Deep Learning (CNNs, RNNs),
- Conduct thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, identify patterns, and prepare high-quality datasets for model training.
- Utilize your data science expertise for Data Cleaning, Feature Engineering, And Feature Selection To Optimize Model Performance.
- Deploy models on various platforms, including edge devices, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and on-premise infrastructure.
- Evaluate model performance using various metrics, conduct A/B testing, and iterate to continuously improve Model Accuracy, Efficiency, And Generalizability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data science) to translate business needs into actionable ML solutions across the manufacturing or automotive landscape.
- Champion best practices in MLOps, including Model Training Pipelines, Version Control, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), And Automated Monitoring.
- Implement Explainable AI (XAI) techniques to ensure model transparency and interpretability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, research, product) to understand requirements, define solutions, and deliver impactful results.
- Document Developed Algorithms and Solutions effectively for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.
- May contribute to writing proposals, research papers, and presentations related to ML projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations to clearly communicate technical concepts and findings.
- Experience in AGILE Environment with good exposure to JIRA and GitHub.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Advancements In Machine Learning Research, Development, And Deployment Techniques.
- Taking a hands-on role in leading the General Machine Learning, Predictive and Prescriptive ML model, and GenAI projects, while also providing technical guidance to team members.

**Job Description**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field)
- 10-12 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on the manufacturing or automotive domain (preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of Extensive experience with NLP/NLU libraries and frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying ML models in production environments across various platforms (Edge, Cloud, On-Premise) - minimum 8 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical modelling principles, with expertise in building predictive and prescriptive models - 10+ years of experience,
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python (with libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
- Solid foundation in Explainable AI (XAI) concepts
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
