Accounts Assistant

1. Assisting in payments & returns such as GST, TDS, Income tax, ITR, GST, Professional taxes, building and premise tax, renewal of licenses, government document renewal timely of the group of companies.
2. Payment of telephone bills, rental payments, KSEB bills, internet charges of all branches, head office and sister concerns every month.
3. Payments to the suppliers/distributors against the credit purchase.
4. Maintaining of petty cash transactions
**5.** **Assisting in preparation of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.**
6. Any other duties entrusted by the management from time to time.
7. Assisting to prepare the bank transactions of all our group of companies.
**8.** **Assisting in keeping bank entries, payments and receivables.**
9. Assisting entering the cheque entries.
**10.** **Assisting in mail correspondence to dealers, suppliers and the banks.**
11. Maintaining filing system & taking care of all types of files & records.
12. Assisting processing invoices into our accounting system for all business units matching Purchase Orders where required.
13. Preparing of all daily transactions in books and operation module
14. Maintaining and keeping error-free the books of accounts and operation module
15. Assisting in entering expenses submitted by employees
**16.** **Assisting in prepare banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS.**
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
