**DAILY TASKS**
- Content Creation: Design and Develop engaging and impactful content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, newsletters, and website copy and layout, that effectively communicates our mission, impact, and stories.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive engagement, grow our online community, and increase awareness of our initiatives. Create and schedule content and design posts, monitor social media trends, and engage with our audience through comments, messages, and shares.
- Website Management: Help manage the charity’s website content with the IT support team. Knowhow of WordPress is required for website updates and management.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the wider team to develop and execute content and social media strategies aligned with our organizational goals. Identify target audiences, plan campaigns, and measure the effectiveness of different tactics.
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content and social media channels, ensuring alignment with our values and messaging guidelines. Monitor and respond to online feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content and social media initiatives. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, identifying areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Fundraising Campaigns: Reach out to community organisations, collectives, institutions for collaboration opportunities.
- Event Management: Assist the team in the ideation and management of events. Learn and ensure the agreed events standards and processes are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling concepts.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for online content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of content and social media campaigns.
- Willingness to work in the evenings (UK Timings)
- Knowledge of SalesForce is a bonus
- Hands-on web development or interest in it/web design
- Passion for the mission and vision of The Akshaya Patra Foundation UK

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
