**Experience**:

- 3 year of experience as chef in Hotel/Resort/Restaurant.
- Minimum experience:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role within a reputable hotel, resort, or restaurant.
Education:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management.
Eligibility:
- Only Males
Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

**Responsibilities**:
- Create and execute high-quality Chinese dishes, ensuring authenticity, flavor, and presentation excellence.
- Develop and innovate menu items while maintaining traditional flavors and techniques.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain equipment to meet operational needs.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and skilled team environment.
- Uphold strict sanitation and food safety standards, complying with regulations and protocols.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive knowledge of Chinese cuisine, including regional specialties, cooking techniques, and authentic flavors.
- Creativity and innovation in recipe development and menu planning.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a kitchen team effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.
