The Rapid Charging Battery technology developed by Log9 solves the challenges in adoption for the 2W and 3W electric vehicle platforms while the Aluminum Fuel Cell technology is targeted towards the electrification of long haul, heavier vehicles. Electrification of vehicles specially for commercial use ranging from 2W, 3W to LCVs to HCVs will not only have a significant positive impact on the environment, but it will lead to huge cost savings as well. However,
- **different vehicle platforms have unique requirements and hence there cannot be a one-type fit all battery technology.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Electrochemical testing of aluminum alloy anode - electrolyte compositions to improve
- the performance of aluminum fuel cells.
- Develop, perform and document lab-scale tests, field simulation tests and reliability
- tests.
- Test station automation
- Knowledge of various electrochemical characterization and materials characterization
- methods of anodes and electrolytes
- Prepare technical reports by compiling original lab results and present scientific findings
- in the team meetings.
- Troubleshoot scientific and equipment specific issues in the lab.
- Identifying problems and limitations at any stage of the project and implement better
- alternatives.

Essential Skills
- Performed methodical research at an industrial or academic level.
- Experience with electrochemical testing methods.
- Experience with various materials characterization techniques such as XRD, SEM, EDS,
- ICP-OES, FT-IR, XPS and Raman.
- Experience with working in a wet chemistry lab, handling high temperature equipment
- (e.g. furnace) and related safety protocols.
- Ability to perform at all stages of a research project from ideation, designing &
- performing experiments, sample characterization and data analysis.
- Ability in scaling up pilot scale processes to a pilot plant and finally to commercialization.
- Work and prioritize multiple projects without missing any deadline.
- Efficient writing and oral communication skills.
- Positive team player and ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly research-oriented and ability to provide holistic solutions.
