Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products or services.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products or services to customers.
- Answer any questions or concerns that the customer may have.
- Obtain customer information and maintain a database of potential leads.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
