**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating sales leads. You will also handle incoming calls, provide information about our products/services, and address customer inquiries and complaints.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
- Present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
- Generate leads and set up appointments for sales representatives.
- Follow up on leads and conduct follow-up calls as necessary.
- Handle incoming calls from customers and provide information, resolve queries, and address complaints.
- Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and transactions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targets are met and to improve overall sales efficiency.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marketing or sales are a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position primarily involves working in an office environment.
- May require occasional overtime or weekend work to meet targets.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and remain calm under pressure is essential.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan may be provided.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
