Outlet Incharge

Oversee the daily operations of outlet for efficient operation
- Plan and assign daily work lods to out let associates
- Develop and enforce stablish policies and procedures
- Stablish operational strategy to need quality and customer service standards
- Maintain the outlet facilities clean and save
- Obtain customer feedback and recombinant necessary outlet operations changes
- Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize special events and intertainments to attract more customers
- Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop cost effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals
- Assist in cash handling activities and develop expense and revenue reports

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
