**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
- **MEAN STACK**

This will be for a period of 3 months starting Mid-June 2023, ensuring their satisfaction, increasing throughput, and learning curve for their new graduates (FRESHERS). In this role, you will work directly with customer’s freshers’ batch by providing necessary support in terms of training them with the TOC shared for the skill. This will be on-premises full-day training as per the training schedule of our client to achieve their goals. Food, Travel, and accommodation will be taken care of by iamneo.

**REQUIREMENT**:
Minimum 5 TO 7 years of prior experience in training or equivalent history of increasing the learning curve of freshers and end customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with working with clients of all sizes in a professional set-up.

Excellent communication skills.

Detail-oriented and ability to connect with the highly aspirational fresher’s on-board client’s location.

Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly.

Proven record of operating as an independent contributor.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal skills

Classroom-based training as per client needs
