Ensure quality of parts manufactured in moulding and machine shop. 1) Ensure part validation during production through fruitful use of measuring instruments like vernier, micrometre, surface roughness tester, dial gauge, bore gauge and carry out visual inspection.

2) Basic understanding of moulding and machining processes & Knowledge and interpretation of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerances

3) Monitor quality performance through continuous methods like run chart, SPC, Cpk
- 4) Identify and/or address quality issues in moulding/ machining processes; escalate to supervisor in case of major anomalies.

5) Lead troubleshooting and resolve issues to minimise production downtime due to quality issues.

6) Contribute to making Quality Plans and Work Instructions

7) Teamwork with insourcing team to maintain productivity and quality.

8) Ensure safe work practices.

9) Identify kaizens to enhance Quality, Productivity, Environment, Safety

10) Ability to maintain accurate records of quality-related data and documentation.
