**Job Description**:
**Position**: Sales Planner

**Responsibilities**:
This role is to take complete ownership of data management for Offline Sales.

**Job Duties**:

- Understanding of all internal data tools and portals
- Maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to offline Sales team
- Accurate and timely submission of daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Create and maintain dashboards / trackers as per need and coordinating with internal teams

**Data analysis and reporting covering following aspects -**
- Goal vs achievement tracker / dashboard
- Inventory tracking
- Reports during sale events and festive period to track achievement at category / product / variant level benchmarking Xiaomi data with competition
- Ad hoc support on data requirement
- Preferred experience in working with Data and reports
- Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
- Efficient in advanced excel (Arithmetic Functions, Aggregate functions, Creating Graphs, VLOOKUP and Advanced functions like SUMIF, COUNTIF, SEARCH), Comfortable to work on Pivot tables
- Good to have: Basics Power BI, SQL and MS Power Point

**Qualification -** Any Degree

**Skills - **Efficient in advanced excel (Arithmetic Functions, Aggregate functions, Creating Graphs, VLOOKUP and Advanced functions like SUMIF, COUNTIF, SEARCH), Comfortable to work on Pivot tables
