Responsibilities

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

Determine selection criteria.

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and interviews

Design interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a IT Recruiters or similar role.

Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A keen understanding of the differences between various roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
