As a Project Supervisor at Lekha Interiors, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful execution of interior design projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client specifications. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will effectively manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources to deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and resources as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes.

**2. Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead and motivate project teams, including designers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to achieve project goals.
- Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and effective problem-solving.

**3. Quality Assurance and Control**:

- Implement quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the project to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from the design plan.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.

**4. Client Relations and Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Communicate project progress, milestones, and challenges to clients in a clear and timely manner, ensuring transparency and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for additional services or enhancements to add value to the client's project experience.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project reports.
- Prepare regular progress reports, budget forecasts, and other project-related documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project closeout documentation and conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Certification in project management (PMP) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
