Sushi Maker

**Position Overview**:
As a **Sushi Helper** and **Dim Sum Maker**, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of sushi and dim sum dishes according to established recipes and standards. You will work under the supervision of the Head Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented attractively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Food Preparation**:

- Assist in the preparation of sushi, including rice preparation, fish cutting, and rolling.
- Prepare dim sum fillings, wrappers, and assemble dim sum dishes.

**Cooking**:

- Cook sushi rice and prepare sushi rolls according to established recipes and standards.
- Steam, fry, or bake dim sum dishes as per the recipe requirements.

**Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all sushi and dim sum dishes are prepared to the highest quality and presented attractively.
- Taste and adjust seasoning of dishes as needed.

**Cleanliness and Sanitation**:

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sushi and dim sum preparation areas.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
- Communicate effectively with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Sushi Helper and Dim Sum Maker in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of sushi and dim sum preparation techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sushi & Dimsums Making: 3 years (preferred)
