**Job Responsibility
- Purchase Executive PO**

1. Help other Purchase Executives in releasing enquiry against Client RFQ in case of any difficulty.

2. Making Offers for Client against Quotation received from Vendors after completing point no 8 below.

3. Follow up for Offer against all Enquires released on previous days.

4. Follow up for urgent Offers to be Quoted to the Client on the same day.

5. Find suitable Vendor after discussion with VPC and AK for any Enquiry where Vendor is not available in the data bank.

6. Creating data bank from all previous Year Order and Enquires.

7. Maintain minimum data bank of 3 Vendors for all enquiries except of OEM.

8. Check all offers for main commercial terms as required by Client/ V&T.

a) Freight : Should be inclusive up to V&T site or lite material and inclusive up to Client site for heavy material.

b) Packing & Forwarding : Should be inclusive up to V&T site or lite material and inclusive up to Client site for heavy material.

c) Warranty : Check Warranty for 12 / 18 months other wise check for deviation.

d) Delivery Period : Check for the delivery period specified in the quotation by the Vendor.

9. Submit all offers to Client on due date without fail.

10. Send negotiation mail to Vendor on receipt of final price request or renegotiation request from Client.

11. Intimate AK and VPC to negotiate with Vendor for better pricing.

12. Check the Terms of PO received form Client to match with V&T offer any deviation bring to notice of AK & VPC.

13. Inform VPC on receipt of PO and Final price request from Client within one Hour on Receipt.

14. Make PO for Vendor as per negotiated Terms & Condition within 3 days from the receipt of Clint PO.

15. Follow up with Vendor for receipt of PO & PI for release of payment and inform the same to CP with in one Hours.

16. Follow up with Vendor for timely delivery of material as per PO terms in case of difficulty bring to notice of AK immediately.

17. Handover the materials to CP for further Action.

18. In case of Reverse Action follow up with Vendor best Prices along with AK and try to win all order timely action is to be planned.
