3. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and areas for improvement.
- Generate and present reports on CRM performance and customer insights to senior management.
4. **Customer Segmentation and Targeting**:
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to create personalized customer communications and offers.
5. **Customer Experience Enhancement**:
- Monitor and improve customer interactions and experiences across all touchpoints.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to gather customer insights and improve service quality.
6. **Team Leadership and Training**:
- Lead and mentor the CRM team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on CRM best practices and system usage.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM management or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems and databases.
**Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Project management skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
