**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify valuable target keywords.
- Develop and implement on-page optimization strategies, including meta tags, header tags, URL optimization, and content optimization.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine rankings.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify SEO opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword tracking software.
- Collaborate with content writers to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligned with SEO best practices.
- Build and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building, local citations, and social media signals.
- To implement effective strategies, stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry developments.
- Provide regular reports and updates on SEO performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations and website improvements.
- Identify and resolve website penalties, manual actions, or other SEO-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an SEO executive or similar role, preferably in an agency environment.
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools, and SEO auditing software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive SEO strategies.
- Solid understanding of on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and industry developments.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- SEO certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-specific certifications are a plus.
