- Work Experience:

- **06 months -1 yr **as Front Office / Receptionist / Office Assistant OR **FRESHER CAN APPLY **(BBA, MBA will prefer)
- Qualification:

- Any Graduate (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA)

**Key Skills:

- Good Communication Skills English & Hindi both
- MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice

**Job Profile:

- **
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling
- 0 access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper netiquettes and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

- **Rs 13,000-17,000/- **per month
